She will be responsible for leading Linkwell’s health plan sales, executing the company’s go-to-market strategy, and accelerating Linkwell’s revenue growth.

O’Connor has driven the growth for several leading healthcare technology companies focusing on improving quality, reducing costs, and improving the customer healthcare experience. Earlier in her career, O’Connor spent time in the palliative care field working with care management teams that serve patients suffering from advanced illness at Boston area hospitals such as Massachusetts General Hospital and Dana Farber. This exposure to the inner workings of the healthcare system ignited her passion for how technology and value-based models of care could be leveraged to positively impact the healthcare experience and outcomes.
As Vice President of Consumer Healthcare Solutions, O’Connor will be responsible for partnering with healthcare organizations to help them solve complex business challenges by providing the right solutions to support positive brand engagements, acquisition and retention, quality ratings, and member experience. In addition, she will play a critical role in representing the needs of health plans that will shape the solutions Linkwell will deliver in the future.
