Fischer is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of sales and client relationship management experience with health plans, health systems, and employer groups. He most recently served as vice president of business development at Insignia Health, where he built client partnerships with national health organizations and delivered year-over-year net revenue growth and profitability. Prior to Insignia, Fischer spent over nine years at Healthways, where he successfully contributed to the growth strategy for population health.
