NEW YORK, N.Y. – August 5, 2021 – Linkwell Health, the premier digital content marketing and consumer experience company in healthcare, today announced the addition of two healthcare industry veterans to its leadership team: Deb Unglaube, Senior Vice President of Client Success, and Lesley Odoom, Vice President of Client Engagement. The new leaders will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and optimizing how Linkwell Health delivers value to its clients.

Unglaube will lead the company’s efforts to deliver best-in-class client experiences for some of the leading national and regional health plans, health service organizations, and provider systems in the US. She will be responsible for every customer touchpoint, from onboarding to implementation to client expansion and growth.
Unglaube has spent over 20 years in the healthcare and well-being industry, supporting both health plans and the large employer market. She brings extensive experience in leading high performing teams, strategic consultation, and value story creation to the role. Prior to Linkwell Health, she successfully supported large employer health and well-being solutions within Optum Health and StayWell Health Management. Most recently she led a team of Account Executives who provided population health consulting to Fortune 500 companies.
As Vice President of Client Engagement, Odoom will be responsible for managing and growing Linkwell’s valued client relationships. She will work closely with clients to build exceptional member engagement campaigns to drive specific business goals, while improving member behavior and health outcomes.
Odoom has over 15 years of marketing account leadership experience with Leo Burnett, Draft/FCB and iProspect, where she managed high profile account relationships with Disney, Cadillac, Sprint, and Anthem. She also spent five years in publishing, managing circulation direct marketing for the Los Angeles Times. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Client Success at MDLIVE.
